We’re thrilled to have you here. Whether you’re booking our pet waste removal services or just checking out what we do, we want you to know that we’re here to make things easy and stress-free. These Terms of Service are just here to lay out some basic guidelines to keep everything running smoothly. Take a look around, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or using Poop Rangers’ services, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. Don’t worry—we’ve kept things simple! These terms help us keep everything running smoothly, and by continuing to use our site or book a service, you’re letting us know you’re on board. If anything doesn’t sit right with you, feel free to reach out with any questions, or if you prefer, you can choose not to use our services.
2. Services Provided
Poop Rangers provides a variety of pet waste management services—think pooper scooping, sanitizing, and keeping your outdoor spaces fresh. Whether you’re booking us for your home, business, or event, we’ll make sure it’s hassle-free and tailored to your needs. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, just let us know! By using our services, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate information regarding your property and needs.
3. Using Our Services
When you book Poop Rangers, it’s all about making your life easier. Here’s what we ask in return:
- Keep it Legal: Our services are designed for pet waste management—nothing shady or illegal, please!
- Give Us the Right Info: Make sure to provide accurate details when booking, like your address and what kind of service you need. It helps us show up prepared and ready to help!
- Let’s Keep it Friendly: We’re all about good nature! Treat our team with kindness and respect, and we’ll return the favor with top-notch service.
That’s it—easy and straightforward! We’re here to take the mess out of your day, so just sit back and let us do the work.
4. Pricing Policy
We believe in clear and straightforward pricing at Poop Rangers—no surprises, just great service! Here’s how it works:
- Upfront Pricing: When you book a service with us, we’ll provide you with a clear breakdown of the costs so you know exactly what to expect. If there are any additional charges, like special requests or extra services, we’ll let you know before we get started.
- Quotes: Quotes provided are for the most part accurate but are not final until we physically inspect the property. We will let you know once we know the final price.
- Service Adjustments: If anything changes with your property or service needs (e.g., a larger yard, the addition of a new dog to the family, or a different schedule), we may adjust your pricing to reflect that. Don’t worry—we’ll always discuss any changes with you beforehand.
- No Hidden Fees: We’re all about transparency! The price we give is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
- Promotions and Discounts: From time to time, we may offer special deals or discounts. Be sure to keep an eye out for those—who doesn’t love a great deal?
If you ever have questions about pricing, feel free to reach out, and we’ll happily explain everything!
5. Booking and Payments
Booking with Poop Rangers is simple, and we’ve made paying for your services even easier! Here’s how it works:
- Booking: When you book a service with us, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details, like what’s included and the cost. We’ll make sure everything is clear and approved before we get started so there are no surprises.
- Invoicing & Payments:
- Automatic Payments: We offer convenient automatic payment options through our online portal, so you never have to worry about missing a payment. If you opt for automatic payments, your credit card will be charged once a month after services have been rendered.
- Monthly Invoicing: You’ll be invoiced once a month for all services provided during that period. You’ll receive your invoice via email, and it will also be available in your online account.
- Pay Anytime: If automatic payments aren’t your thing, you can log into our online portal at any time to pay your bill manually. We accept most major credit cards and other common payment methods through our secure system.
- Late Payments: Payments are due upon receipt of your invoice. If payment is not received within 12 days, a late fee of $10 may apply. We understand things happen, so if you need a bit more time, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to work with you.
- Secure Payments: We take your payment security seriously. That’s why we use Sweep n Go, a trusted third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions. Sweep n Go uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information and ensure that your transactions are safe and secure. Safety measures like point-to-point encryption and tokenization are used to protect sensitive cardholder data. Whether you choose automatic payments or prefer to pay manually, you can feel confident that your data is protected every step of the way.
If you have any questions about billing or payments, we’re always here to help! Just give us a call or shoot us an email, and we’ll sort it out for you.
6. Changes and Cancellations
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. The Poop Rangers do not lock you into contracts so there is no issue with cancellations. Here’s how we handle changes and cancellations at Poop Rangers:
- Cancelling a Service: Need to cancel your service? We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled service. This gives us time to adjust our schedules. You will then be billed for the services provided to you that month. If no services were provided to you that month, then you will have no bill to pay. Please note, if you cancel services and wish to restart them later, you will be subject to a $35 initial clean-up fee again.
- Cancelling Curated Monthly Packages: When you sign up for one of our monthly packages, we waive the $35 initial clean-up fee. If you decide to cancel your service after the first month, we’ll simply charge a prorated rate for the services provided. However, if you cancel within your first month, we’ll charge the prorated rate for services provided, plus the $35 initial clean-up fee. This helps protect us from customers taking advantage of the free initial clean-up and then canceling right away.
- Rescheduling Services: If you need to skip your service, no problem! Just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Since double the amount of work will be present for us the next time we visit, you will still be charged for the skipped service. You can reschedule through our online portal or by contacting us directly via phone or email. Please note that we are unable to accommodate alternating weeks where you handle the scooping one week, and we take care of it the next. Our services are designed for consistent, ongoing care to ensure your yard remains clean and fresh.
7. No Access to Your Yard Policy
We understand that things happen, but to keep your service running smoothly, here’s how we handle situations where we can’t access your yard:
- Locked Gates or Blocked Access: If Poop Rangers is unable to access your yard because the gate is locked or another barrier is preventing entry, we’ll still need to charge you for that day’s service. However, we’ll make it up to you by doubling up on your cleaning during the next scheduled visit.
- Communication Efforts: Before skipping your yard, your technician will knock on your door and attempt to contact you by phone to resolve the issue. Additionally, you’ll receive a notification in your customer portal letting you know that we were unable to access the yard that day.
We want to make sure your yard stays clean and fresh, so please make sure gates are unlocked and access is clear on your service days!
8. Dogs in the Yard at Time of Service
We’re happy to provide service while your dogs are enjoying the yard, but we want to ensure the safety of both your pets and our technicians. Remember, we know how important it is for your pets to feel comfortable, which is why the same technician will service your yard each week—no unfamiliar faces for your furry friends! If for any reason we need to send a different technician, we’ll let you know in advance. We also love meeting your pets before service begins, so they can get to know us and feel at ease. Here’s what you need to know:
- Friendly Dogs Welcome: If your dog is non-aggressive and comfortable around new people, they’re welcome to be in the yard while we work. We love pets, and it’s always a treat to meet them!
- Aggressive or Dangerous Dogs: For everyone’s safety, if your dog shows aggressive behavior or is known to be dangerous around strangers, we kindly ask that they are kept indoors or in a secured area during the time of service. Our goal is to keep things safe and stress-free for both your pets and our team. If you forget to bring your aggressive or dangerous dog inside on your scheduled service day, just let us know, and we’ll skip your yard for that visit. We’ll do our best to make it up the same day, but if that’s not possible, we’ll take care of the extra work during your next scheduled service. Please note, you’ll still be charged, as we’ll be performing double the cleaning the following visit.
9. Yard Maintenance and Fall Leaves
To ensure that Poop Rangers can provide the best possible service, there are a few things to keep in mind regarding yard maintenance and fall leaves:
- Grass Cutting: It’s important that the grass in your yard is kept at a reasonable height. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. Overgrown grass can make it difficult for our technicians to spot and remove all pet waste effectively, as they may not be able to see the ground clearly. Keeping your lawn well-maintained helps us ensure a thorough clean every time.
- Fall Leaves: During the fall season, leaves can accumulate quickly, making it more challenging to find and remove all the pet waste hidden underneath. While we will always do our best to get every bit of waste, please understand that it can sometimes be difficult to see all the waste within the leaves. We know that Thanksgiving time can be particularly challenging with the heavy leaf fall in South Louisiana, and we’ll do our best to tackle it! If, for any reason, you notice that we’ve missed more than expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll make it right.
We appreciate your understanding.
10. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At Poop Rangers, we take pride in delivering top-notch services every time, and your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s what you can expect:
- Our Commitment: We guarantee that your yard will be clean, fresh, and free of pet waste after every visit. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with the service provided, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
- Continuous Improvement: We strive for continuous improvement and value your input. If you have any suggestions or concerns, let us know, and we’ll work to improve your experience.
